Hogue encourages buying from your favorite distributor. Our distributors normally stock all rubber models and many stock our most popular wood models, usually in one or two woods. Because of the large variety and styles of wood grips we manufacture it is impossible for distributors to carry them all. For this reason Hogue also sells dealer direct.

Dealer Qualifications & Terms: To achieve Dealer status submit current copies of a valid Federal Firearms License, Business license and Sales Tax Certificate (if required in your area. Terms are 2% 15 days, net 30 days on approved credit. New dealers -- You can prepay your orders (Visa and MasterCard accepted) or we will ship U.P.S. COD ($5.00 COD Charge) until your credit is established. Please send three credit references if you wish to open an account with us (include addresses and phone numbers).

Volume Discount: A volume discount of 5% will be taken off each invoice when your yearly sales volume exceeds $2,500.00 net Hogue Grips. NOTE: It is the dealer's responsibility to make sure this discount is properly applied. No retroactive discounts will be given.

Delivery: We keep all molded and most hardwood grips in stock. Rubber grips and stocks are usually shipped within one week and wood ordered are filled and shipped within 30 to 45 days. Orders including many different models and types of hardwood grips may be shipped 80% complete unless specified otherwise. The balance would be shipped when complete. Special order woods are available according to the supply of wood and delivery of special woods may be several months. Delivery of checkered grips varies according to work load (checkered orders can take several months).

Handling, Shipping and Insurance:
1 to 4 Grips -- $2.25, 5 to 24 Grips -- $3.25, 25 - plus Grips -- $5.25.
Rifle Stock shipping charges are as follows:
1 Stock -- $5.38, 3 Stocks -- $7.50, 5 Stocks -- $9.28, 8 Stocks -- $13.33,
10 Stocks -- $16.34, 15 Stocks -- $22.57, 20 Stocks -- $28.09,
25+ Stocks -- $30.00

Shipment is normally by U.P.S. Specify if you require U.S. Mail. Overseas customers must double handling and shipping charges.

Universal Product Code (U.P.C.): Our manufacturer number is 743108. Combine this number with the Hogue Product Code number to obtain the complete U.P.C. code. A complete list of individual U.P.C. codes is available on a 3.5" diskette or CD-ROM.

Line Art and Graphics: Line art and graphics are available on this web site or on a CD-ROM.

Hogue Grips will do everything within reason to assure a happy customer. If you cannot resolve a customer's problem please call or refer your customer to us. If our office is not able to take care of your problem to your satisfaction, please ask to speak to Aaron or Patrick Hogue. Hogue Grips values your business very much and welcomes any input on how to serve you and your customers better. We will try to help you sell our product in any way we can.

Hogue Grips as a general policy will (among other things):

Promptly replace any defective Hogue products or a Hogue product that may be damaged within 30 days of your customer's purchase.
Replace any missing hardware free of charge, even if your customer lost it.
Provide technical advice and help as needed.
Exchange slow moving stock if necessary.
Supply new packaging materials to you if they were damaged in shipping.
